Measure OD: Use calipers to check hose outer diameter.
Position Clamp: Place band 1–2 mm behind the hose barb ridge.
Pre-tighten: Hand tighten until centered.
Torque Apply: Use torque wrench (5–9 N·m) for secure fit.
Check After Startup: Inspect for leaks after first operation.
